Looking ahead to 2026, MAC Inc. is seeking expressions of interest from creatives to join our team. We are inviting applications for a part-time Education Program Coordinator and to create a pool of arts professionals to undertake short-term projects throughout the year.

PROJECTS

Project roles include Exhibition Curation; Installation; Teaching Artist; Event and Project Management. EDUCATION PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Are you a creative thinker who loves delivering outstanding arts and cultural educational programs?

We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional with a proven ability to deliver inspiring artistic programming. If this is you, please read the Position Profile and Application Information then submit your complete application by 7 November 2025.

3.      Submit Expression of Interest (no more than 4 pages, collectively) outlining:

  • Your interest in the position

  • How you are hardwired to successfully fulfil this role’s objectives, demonstrating how your experience and knowledge address the Selection Criteria and requirements detailed in the Position Profile.

Selection Criteria

1.      Extensive experience in arts coordination, education or similar role.

2.      Demonstrated success in the development and delivery of visual arts programs

3.      Excellent written communication skills with proven ability to create engaging content

4.      High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate a wide range of stakeholders

5.      High level of computer literacy including MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite knowledge

6.      Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

MAC Inc. is open 6 days a week and this role requires flexible weekend and after hour availability.

Applicants must hold the certificates, licences and clearances as indicated on the position Profile or be willing to obtain them before appointment. A current WA Drivers licence and the ability to travel independently is required for movement between the two venues as required.
