Discover Drypoint with Marina Van Leeuwen

Discover how you can use Drypoint printmaking to create beautiful, detailed prints using everyday materials with Marina Van Leeuwen. Drypoint is an intaglio printmaking method likened to using a pen without the ink in which you draw with a dry point onto a flat surface or plate which is then inked and printed.

In this two week evening course, you will learn to use non-toxic drypoint methods with plates from both commercial polyethylene plastic and household materials (milk cartons, juice containers and cardboard). Processes covered in this course can be easily replicated at home. Suitable for beginner’s and artists looking to extend their knowledge.
