Join artists from Midland Junction Arts Centre (MJAC) to create your own ‘River Animal’ to take home.

Along the banks of the Swan River, (Derbarl Yerrigan) a community of animals live and feed in the vegetation. Learn about local species, then create your own creature to take home, or add to Yoorn the lovely Bobtail lizard.

·         Create a Rainbow Lorikeet, Pacific Black Duck or Galah.

·         Decorate the magnificent Yoorn

·         Learn about the Environmental Art Project and animals that live along the river

·         Create a tote bag to take home

Primary School children are also invited to create a ‘Forest Forage’ artwork for the annual Environmental Art Project
